We’re HIRING Key Responsibilities
Positions: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Sales and Marketing
MTO Sales and Marketing at Orient
➤ Assist in product lifecycle management, including introduction, growth, maturity, and decline phases.
Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies.
Support the planning and execution of sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales plans.
Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of products and communicate effectively to the sales team.
Provide technical support and training to the sales team as needed.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Conduct market visits to gather intelligence on customer needs, preferences and market trends. Participate in market surveys to identify potential areas for business growth.
Actively participate in BTL activities, including events, promotions and display management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers to address/resolve disputes related to warranty, parts, service and other matters.
